Quotes for specialist repairs are given on receipt of the board. This is something we are used to and good at. We also provide additional services such as drilling exra inserts to get wider/narrower stances on boards.

We know how to service Lib Tech & GNU MTX or BTX boards (unlike lots of shops!). It takes longer for us to edge MTX/BTX boards, but as the results are never quite as good as a straight edge, we charge the same price. We will never basegrind the 3D Triple Base part of a Bataleon board either.

Please note that our workshop has the same opening hours as the shop; therefore a board left with us at five to seven isn't going to be ready at nine the next morning! Time required for service depends on workshop workload and whether the board needs to dry out and warm up. Generally you can expect a 16-24hr turnaround time.
